Services

  • Replace damaged sections of your gutters.

  • I can clean the leaves and debris out of your gutters for you.

  • One of the biggest fire hazards' in your home is your dryer and the lint can build up in the vent over time ill remove the grate and blow it out for you as well as the back of you dryer.

  • We place your TV on the wall and hide the cables in wall as needed.

  • Add new speaker system or amplifier. If you have an existing system that doesn't work I'll come by for a trouble call.

  • Replace damaged hardy board or vinyl siding for you.

  • Haul off Junk and yard debris.

  • If you Wifi isn't reaching key places in your home I can help. I can add new ports for a hard lined device or an access point in you house for wider range. Install Starlink. Or signal Boosters for Cellular.

  • Smart cameras can be installed around your home and viewed on your phone anywhere you have wifi

  • Clean up messy disorganized in home wire panels. Remove unsightly telecom wires or old dishes form outside of you house without affecting what you are using at the moment.

  • Add smoke detectors where they are not. You should have one in every room were people sleep. Replace broken ones and or just replace the batteries if you need.

  • If you buy Furniture with "Assembly required" I'll put it together for you.

  • I'll get on the roof so you don't have to.

  • Fixing or updating existing lights, plugs, fans, switches and breakers.

  • Replace faucets, shower heads valves, drains, and garbage disposals. unclog drains, replace toilets.

  • Replace damaged or unwanted doors. Upgrade locks to smart locks. Replace locks and knobs. Door hard to open and close? I should be able to adjust its position so its easy to use with a simple service call.

  • Get a new storm door and I'll handle the installation.

  • Broken window pain and screen replacement.

  • Damaged drywall replacement and texture/paint matching if necessary.

  • Add a new fence or just replace old post and planks as needed.

  • power washing

  • Add new smart door bell device and have it ring you existing chime when pressed. Or just fix your old bell or chime.

  • Pictures, Art, clocks, towel racks, toilet paper holders. Anything you want on your wall.

PRICING

Service Call — $75

75.00$ is my initial service call fee it covers me coming to your house and most 1 item projects. Also smaller multi item projects will be covered by this for example if you want me to change a hole bunch of lightbulbs I will do it for the 75.00$.

Large Installs- $150

Large items that will take hours of work or repeat visits to handle start at 150$. FREE in home consult may be required to estimate these projects however I may be able to do it over the phone or e-mail as long as you can answer some questions.

Additional Items-$50

Items not covered by the initial service call will usually cost $50.00 per item. Just like with the service call some smaller multi items I will handle more than one of for $50.00. I’m happy to help with “while you are here” projects but it’s best to let me know up front about additional projects because I might need to bring materials or book extra time for the work.

Prices will very depending on scope or work and materials needed.

Founded in 2024 and operated by me Scott Gross. I’ve lived in the North Austin area my hole life and call it my home. I have settled in Hutto and this business how I intend to make a living while serving my community. I want to fix your problems, improve your home, and raze your quality of life at a reasonable price.
